There are many roles of an event planner. What Exsiting Creations manage the event logistics, making the planning process less stressful and more enjoyable for you. As your planner, we take the logistic pieces of your event puzzle and make it the beautiful event you envisioned. 


What We Do

Exsiting Creations manages the logistics of your event, keeping things organized, on time, running smoothly and you as stress free as possible. We will sit down and create a realistic spending budget and day of event Run of Show. As a Certified All Seated Layout designer, creating a layout for your event, managing RSVPs and seating chart are offerings we also bring to the table. The bottom line, we take all of the scattered pieces, paired with your vision, and make a beautiful event. 


One Stop Planning

Exsiting Creations has worked hard to build a network of event professionals, making our services a one stop planning process.  Our network ranges from caterers, venues, rentals, production and A/V,  décor, live entertainment, liquor catering and more.


The Planning

During the planning process, Exsiting Creations will work with you to create a detailed timeline, and we will manage that timeline, making sure all tasks are done in a timely manner. EC works with all event vendors, and filters communication to you, therefore making best use of your time. Together, during the planning, we will develop your vision and make it a reality.

Pre-Event Duties

The Exsiting Creations’ team arrives early to oversee all setup. We are there to lend an extra hand to event vendors, and make sure the venue is set up to your exact final vision.


Event Management

During the event. Exsiting Creations and the team is running the show behind the scenes, if there is a question, we are there to answer it. If there is a problem, we are there to solve it. From letting the caterer know what time to start service to giving the signal to the production team to start the slideshow, we make it happen so you don't have to.




Collaborative Working 

Exsiting Creations works in the Allseated platform, allowing effective collaboration with all event vendors. As a certified user, we can create your layout, design a table top, manage RSVPs, seating arrangements and a host of other options. 


Allseated allows Exsiting Creations to invite other event vendors to the layout, giving them access to the most up to date details, guest counts and layout changes.
